Tricia Clay Named New Hampshire's 2026 Direct Support Professional of the Year

Life Connections Specialized Services is proud to announce that Tricia Clay, one of our Direct Support Professionals, has been named the 2026 New Hampshire DSP of the Year by ANCOR— one of just 57 honorees selected nationwide.

"Tricia brings a level of care, consistency, and compassion to her work that truly makes a difference in people's daily lives. We're incredibly proud to see her recognized on a national level."— Jennifer Cordaro, Executive Director, Life Connections

ANCOR leaders Lori Kress and Barbara Merrill emphasized the importance of honoring DSPs this year given the record number of nominations and current funding pressures facing the field at federal and state levels.

ANCOR has presented this award annually since 2007 to honor DSPs who help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and stay connected to their communities. Tricia was celebrated at an awards ceremony in Boston on April 23 during ANCOR Connect '26.

Congratulations, Tricia — thank you for supporting our residents so beautifully!
