Jay Wolter, JD

President and Founder

  • Jay’s original focus was serving “difficult to treat” adolescents and adults suffering from a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues. Both Jay's and Moosilauke Visions' mission has evolved to include a succession-oriented effort to cultivate and mentor the next generation of mission-focused founders, owners, and trustees achieve growth and sustainability for their organizations.

    Jay’s formula for success has been to focus on continuous program improvement, employing holistic and experiential approaches while better engaging community and family supports. This approach helped Moosilauke Visions successfully reintegrate hundreds of difficult to treat clients back into the community leading to the organization's expansion into Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and beyond. Moosilauke Visions now operates a variety of successful treatment programs and facilities ranging from short-term assessment programs to highly supportive subacute facilities to boutique private-pay programs. 

    Prior to taking over the organization in 1993, Jay practiced health law for several years, helping hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and mental health programs navigate legal challenges ranging from regulatory issues, to financing, mergers and acquisitions.  Jay is a social entrepreneur to the core, with a special facility for finding and developing talented leaders and preparing them for lives of leadership and service.

Jen Cordaro, M.Ed

Executive Director, Massachusetts Adult Services

  • Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, as well as the design and implementation of programs for state governments and managed care organizations.Throughout her career, Jen has held executive leadership roles across the East Coast, overseeing the development and management of diverse programs. She has played a pivotal role in identifying gaps within state systems and creating innovative service options that strengthen community-based support.

    Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jen is a dedicated advocate for individuals with behavioral health needs. She serves on the New Hampshire Children’s System of Care Advisory Committee and the WellSense Provider Advisory Committee, where she leverages her expertise to improve systems of support statewide.

Will Laughlin, MA, M.Ed

Chief Strategy and Growth Officer

  • He served as the president of an international university with campuses in Tokyo and Osaka, the head of school and CEO for therapeutic boarding schools and treatment programs in North Carolina and New Hampshire, and the executive director of education for a group of five therapeutic schools on the West Coast. 

    Will has founded and co-founded several companies, including a branding consultancy, a surf-themed international school in Costa Rica, and an international expedition-learning non-profit. His career has focused largely on startup, turnaround, and growth management for mental health and wellness companies. "My entire career," he says, "has been informed by my first and favorite job as a play therapist for severely emotionally disturbed children. Those children taught me the healing power of kindness, honesty, and humor." As part of his work with Moosilauke Visions, Will serves as the president and CEO of Blue Kite, the private-pay division of Moosilauke Visions. 

    A fifth-generation native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Will stayed close to home for his education, earning degrees from U.C. Berkeley and Stanford University, where he met his wife, Beth.  A former world-class athlete herself, Beth enjoys helping Will plan and execute his ultra-distance running adventures, which include record-setting runs across Costa Rica, Death Valley, and the Rocky Mountains.

    Having lived and adventured throughout the US and abroad, Will and Beth are happily settled in New Hampshire with their son Colton and his big brother, Woody the Dog.

Meredith Fogg, ARNP

Director of Moosilauke Counseling Services

  • She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Colby-Sawyer College and her post-master’s certificate from Norwich University. Meredith received her clinical training at New Hampshire Hospital and at both an adult and pediatric specialty clinic at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. 

    Prior to joining Moosilauke Visions, she worked at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center as both an inpatient and outpatient registered nurse and as a Clinical Nurse Leader.

    Meredith is thrilled be a part of the Moosilauke Visions team. She is drawn to the innovative and integrated approach to treatment that aligns with her desire to provide holistic and client-centered care.

    Meredith lives in Lebanon, NH with her husband, Dean and son, Benjamin. She likes to spend time with her family and friends, golfing, and playing hockey.

Mark Tecca

Vice President of Finance, Treasurer

  • Prior to joining Becket, Mark led new product development and manufacturing for the King Arthur Baking Company. He has also had roles in business development, sales management, and product management at companies in the technology and environmental sectors.

    Through this experience, Mark developed an appreciation for and facility with relating financials to organizational success, without using “accounting-speak.” He takes pride in translating a vision into a business plan that can be managed effectively.

    Mark spent a year in Italy as an exchange student before attending Harvard University, where he earned a BA in Government. After working in the computer business for six years, he moved to Hanover, NH to study for his MBA at Dartmouth.  

    Mark and Martha have been married for 34 years and raised Michael, Christopher, and Grace.  They’ve lived in the Upper Valley area for over 30 years and are deeply involved in the community. An active choral musician, Mark is an ardent supporter of the Harvard Glee Club, and serves as the Treasurer of its alumni association. He also enjoys golf, tennis, ice hockey, hiking, sailing, and cycling.

Tammy Olsen

Director of Business Systems

  • Since joining Moosilauke Visions more than 20 years ago as accounts payable/receivable coordinator, Tammy has served in various capacities and roles. 

    As Director of Business Systems, she supports coordination, documentation, and daily organizational functions essential for maintaining stable operations and internal communications. Tammy has significant and varied expertise in cost reporting, independent audit reviews and tax filing, as well as other state and federal financial reporting requirements. She is especially adept in financial system management requirements, having led implementation efforts across various financial and related HR software platforms including SAGE Intaact, ADP, Paycor, BSwift, Proliant, Peachtree, and Quicken. Tammy resides in Portsmouth, NH.

David Chabot, JD

Chief Legal Affairs Officer, Secretary

  • He has spent the subsequent decades, and the most satisfying part of his career, in the non-profit sector, providing legal counsel and board-level support for Becket and Moosilauke Visions. He graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and from The National Law Center at The George Washington University.

    David lives with his partner, Kathy Ivey, on Rockybound Pond in Croydon, New Hampshire. He fashions himself an amateur landscaper and gardener. From November through April, David can be found on the slopes of Sunday River as a volunteer member of the Ski Patrol.

Greg Hitchcock, M.Ed

Director of Marketing, Private Pay Division

  • Greg has experience in the education, behavioral health, mental health, and addiction treatment industries.  He has founded and directed a number of successful programs that have taken him from the tent to the boardroom.  

    As a nationally sought-after consultant, Greg has had the opportunity to envision and launch therapeutic programs in Honduras and Russia, present seminars and workshops at national conferences, and help numerous therapeutic programs grow in quality, enrollments, and leadership.

    Greg has a Bachelor’s Degree from Houghton College with a double major in literature and adventure recreation, as well as a Master’s Degree in Education and Counseling from the University of Redlands. His educational background combined with his extensive field and administrative experiences across the continuum of care, provides for strong dynamic leadership while retaining a grassroots sensitivity to both participants and their families. 

    When Greg is not busy at Moosilauke Visions, he enjoys boating, backpacking, and skiing with his wife Charlene and their children. Greg is also an avid mountaineer and fly-fisherman.

Christian Wolter, MBA

Director of Operations, Massachusetts Adult Services

  • Christian represents a third generation dedicated to helping individuals in need develop the skills and opportunities required to succeed in the “business of life.” Much of Christian’s early exposure to the field came through Moosilauke Visions (formerly Becket Family of Services), where he was involved in various capacities throughout his childhood. He found the most fulfillment working directly with program participants and began his professional career as an entry-level counselor for at-risk adolescents at both Becket and Mount Prospect Academy. 

    Christian later expanded his expertise through back-office business operations at Moosilauke Visions, including payroll, recruiting, accounting, and human resources. Christian’s senior leadership and turnaround experience began when he was appointed Executive Director of an 18-bed residential treatment facility serving at-risk and high-risk youth in New England. He assumed full responsibility for executive and operational oversight, leading the program to thrive and successfully support some of the most complex youth in New Hampshire as they reintegrated into their communities. He subsequently joined Moosilauke Visions’ growth and development team, providing operational oversight to additional adolescent programs, supporting the broader Moosilauke Visions network, and contributing to multiple start-up initiatives. Most recently, Christian transitioned to oversee the Massachusetts Adult Services Division, providing leadership and oversight to 19 residential programs across the state. 

    Christian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, where he began his formal leadership journey as a lacrosse captain for the Wolverines. He later received his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. An avid outdoorsman and fisherman, Christian resides on the Seacoast in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with his wife, Kristen, and their black labs, Marco and Hobbes.

Lisa D'Innocenzo

Executive Director, Next Steps Community Services

  • After working for an accounting firm, she began her human service career at Matson Community Services. In 1998, she joined Community Resources for Justice as an Assistant Director and Human Rights Coordinator.

    In late 2011, Lisa joined the Becket Family of Services team where she has performed many roles for the organization. She worked in Maine as an Executive Director of a residential program for girls and developed an additional eight bed program in the state for girls. In October 2012, Lisa co-founded Becket-MA Adult Services and opened their first Massachusetts adult group home. As the Executive Director and Chief Development Officer, Lisa continued to grow and develop numerous group homes in Massachusetts. In 2015, Lisa took over three Becket ITS programs, transforming them into Next Steps Community Services, and has since developed four more ITS Programs. Lisa is a native of Leominster, Massachusetts.

Joseph Denucci

Executive Consultant

  • As the President of DeNucci & Associates, he uses his expertise in comprehensive strategic planning and business development to provide consulting services for clients with interests in merging conventional health and medicine with alternative medicine, integrative medicine, healthy lifestyle, and wellness. 

    He is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NextHealth, LLC, a Chicago-based private investment firm lending expertise and capital to startup companies in the healthy lifestyle space. Additionally, Joseph is a Manager and Investment Advisor to William O’Donnell Jr., as well as the Manager of O’Donnell’s Family Office. 

    Over the years, Joseph has developed and owned several healthcare-related businesses and has worked on many projects for a variety of organizations. He has a background in senior and executive management with conventional behavioral and traditional medicine companies. Notably, Joseph developed an integrated behavioral health management model called Behavioral Services Management to administrate the full range of behavioral health services for Baptist/St. Vincent’s’ Healthcare System in Florida. He also wrote a comprehensive business planning strategy for them to develop and integrate complementary and alternative medicine programs within select medical practice groups.

    Other positions he’s held include interim Chief Operating Officer for Duke University Health System’s Campus for Living, COO of WorldCare Dubai, Founder of Insight Intensive at Gold Lake, and Partner and Operations Executive for Asgard Health. He has also served as both the General Manager of Miraval Resort’s renowned Life in Balance Spa and later as COO and Senior Vice President of their Wellness, Spa, and Guest Program Development department. Plus, he holds a few board seats for organizations such as Constellations Behavioral Health, AIM House, and Boulder Integrated Health. All this experience has given him a vast wealth of knowledge in areas such as working with young adults, running residential facilities, creating prevention programs, implementing medically supervised fitness and weight management, and overseeing therapeutic spa and clinical program services, just to name a few.

Justin Gifford

Executive Director, Becket Maine

  • Over more than two decades of service, he has played a key role in shaping programs, strengthening partnerships, and advancing Becket’s mission to support children and young adults with complex needs. His long tenure reflects both his leadership and his unwavering belief in the power of compassionate, community-based care.

    Throughout his career, Justin has cultivated an extensive professional network across Maine’s child-serving systems and developed a nuanced understanding of the challenges facing vulnerable children, youth, and young adults. His ability to collaborate across disciplines and organizations has helped drive innovative approaches to care, ensuring services are responsive, coordinated, and grounded in real-world experience.

    In addition to his work at Becket, Justin serves as the president of the Child & Family Provider Network, a coalition of nonprofit organizations dedicated to working collaboratively to strengthen the health and well-being of children, youth, and families throughout Maine. In this role, he brings organizations together to share best practices, advocate for effective policy, and build a more integrated and supportive service system statewide.

    Outside of his professional life, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and taking full advantage of Maine’s natural beauty. Whether hiking wooded trails, skiing in the winter, or simply enjoying time outdoors, he values the balance that nature, family, and community bring to his life.

Carl Lovejoy

Consultant, Development and Community Relations

  • He co-founded Mountain Valley Treatment Center in 2011, coming from the Oliverian School, an alternative boarding school for students who thrive in non-traditional academic environments, where he served as Director of External Affairs and as a member of the School’s Board of Trustees. 

    Prior to Oliverian, Carl, a graduate of St. Paul’s School and Colby College, worked as a teacher, coach, dormitory parent and administrator at Kimball Union Academy, Cardigan Mountain School, Tabor Academy and St. Paul’s School.

    Over the course of his career, he has been recognized for his work by such organizations as the Educational Testing Service, The Boys’ Club of New York, the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs and the Junior Boarding Schools Association, of which he is a co-founder. He was named to the Board of the IECA Foundation in 2014 and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Association of Independent School Admission Professionals. He is a graduate of The Stanley H. King Counseling Institute.

    Carl lives in Enfield, NH with his wife, Cari, a retired member of Mountain Valley’s leadership team. The Lovejoys have three sons, Ben, Matt, and Nick, and seven grandchildren.

Dr. Will White, LCSW

Director of Enrollment, The Trade

  • As a pioneer in experiential mental health treatment, he co-founded Summit Achievement in 1996, a nationally recognized adolescent treatment program blending academics and adventure, which became part of Moosilauke Visions in 2022. Will’s career has included roles in private practice, hospital settings, and educational institutions, focusing on ethical mental health care and connecting people to themselves, others, and nature.

    A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Will has supervised numerous clinicians, mentored program leaders, directed treatment programs, and taught mental health treatment in outdoor settings at Plymouth State University for over 20 years. He is the author of Stories from the Field: A History of Wilderness Therapy and hosts the podcast Stories from the Field: Mental Health and the Outdoors.

    Will lives in New Hampshire’s White Mountains with his family, where he enjoys hiking, backcountry skiing, and mountain biking.

Dr. Dan Villiers, Ph.D

Clinical Consultant, Mountain Valley Treatment Center

  • With over two decades of expertise, Dr. Villiers has been at the forefront of developing cutting-edge treatment solutions that span the entire continuum of care. His work is deeply rooted in personal experience, driving his relentless mission to maximize access, outcomes, and the efficacy of anxiety and related disorder treatments.

    Dr. Villiers is the founder of the Anxiety Institute, a leader in intensive outpatient care, and co-founder of Mountain Valley Treatment Center, the first non-hospital residential program for adolescent anxiety in the United States. His pioneering efforts have provided compassionate intervention to over 500 families, helping them navigate the complexities of effective treatment.

    As a recognized authority in the field, Dr. Villiers frequently shares his knowledge and insights through publications, speaking engagements, and media appearances nationwide. His dedication to transforming mental health care continues to inspire and shape the future of treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related conditions.
