Jamie Carver, M.Ed
Jamie Carver, M.Ed. is the Director of Recruiting for a large number of residential, academic and community based mental health agencies from Florida to Colorado to Maine and many states in between. Jamie is often called upon by companies that are struggling with on-going staffing challenges and are in need of a recruiting guru that can help them with everything from applicant sourcing to on-boarding to retention.
Jamie is exceptionally well versed in all of the major advertising platform and is known for successfully taking struggling programs from the brink of closure to the path of growth and expansion.
Jamie is considered an “Indeed Genius” and has been using the platform since its inception in 2004. As a demonstration of his knowledge and experience, Jamie has been called upon by Indeed Corporate as a veteran user to provide direct feedback and to field test new platform applications and services. Some of the companies that Jamie has supported includes the Becket Family of Services, LifeConnections Specialized Support Services, Next Steps Community Services, Maine School Solutions, Mountain Valley Treatment Center, Summit Achievement, New Treks, Dade Family Counseling, Connections for Kids, Strafford Learning Center and Easter Seals of New England.
Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, a Professional Certificate in Outdoor Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. He is a certified High School Principal and has decades of experience as an administrator for residential treatment programs, public and private special education schools as well as community based mental health and outpatient programs. Jamie lives with his “pet family” in Kittery, Maine.
