Director of Finance

Mark Tecca, MBA

Mark has a wealth of experience from varied roles in non-profit and for-profit organizations large and small. Prior to joining Becket, Mark led new product development and manufacturing for the King Arthur Baking Company. He has also had roles in business development, sales management, and product management at companies in the technology and environmental sectors.

Through this experience, Mark developed an appreciation for and facility with relating financials to organizational success, without using “accounting-speak.” He takes pride in translating a vision into a business plan that can be managed effectively.

Mark spent a year in Italy as an exchange student before attending Harvard University, where he earned a BA in Government. After working in the computer business for six years, he moved to Hanover, NH to study for his MBA at Dartmouth.

Mark and Martha have been married for 34 years and raised Michael, Christopher, and Grace.  They’ve lived in the Upper Valley area for over 30 years and are deeply involved in the community. An active choral musician, Mark is an ardent supporter of the Harvard Glee Club, and serves as the Treasurer of its alumni association. He also enjoys golf, tennis, ice hockey, hiking, sailing, and cycling.
